Sydney Surfers

Without even planning a photo shoot, a mate and I on a casual day out ended up in the southern part of Sydney with the hope of seeing whales migrating past the Sydney coast. The whales however failed to get the memo and never showed up but there were a number of surfers out catching a wave, so it was a chance to have a go at capturing surfers.

Sydney Surfers

It was a day that proved planning is essential as it was freezing cold, there was nowhere to sit, and we had no tripod or monopod with us, so it was all hand held. Ultimately the results are not great, but we plan to go back better prepared and see what we can achieve.
