On a recent trip out to Bathurst and Orange, I met this rather vocal Sulphur Crested Cockatoo in Machettie Park, Bathurst. Sulphur Crested Cockatoo’s are native to Australia, New Guinea and on some islands of Indonesia.
Sulphur Crested Cockatoo’s are a part of every Australian childhoods, as they are in just about every parkland area, usually in large groups, making quite a racket, is this one was on the day.
