The Northern Territory has surprisingly good roads, all two lanes but all in excellent condition with no pot holes anywhere, at least not when I was there. I have always loved this image shot out of the car window while heading south from Alice Springs to Kings Canyon. I love the fact the road draws your eye in from the bottom right to the centre where the colours merge.
