Kings Canyon Sunrise

Kings Canyon in the Northern Territory is a truly spectacular place to visit as either a traveler or a photographer. Having arrived at 5:30AM wearing helmet lights only, we navigated our way for nearly one hour by foot to watch the sunrise over the magnificent almost unearthly mountain range. Many images were shot over the next hour as the sun rose above us, which proved rather difficult to shoot the canyon with the sun directly at the lens.
