Kangaroo Island Fire Sun

The year of 2020 will long be remembered in Australia for the devastating fires, and Kangaroo Island was truly devastated by the fires. We happened to be there for our annual family holiday staying in the north of the island, but by the time we were ready to leave the smoke from the fires filled the sky. This image shows how thick the smoke was in the late afternoon as it punched through the thick smoke behind a local bush.
